Account & Login

This page covers account creation, logging in, and password management. Once logged in, you'll reach the Event List where you can create and manage events.

Creating an Account

Click Subscribe on the login screen. Registration is a two-step process:

Step 1: Organization Details

  • Organization name (required)
  • Email address (required)
  • Postal address
  • Business ID

Click Save organization details to continue.

Step 2: Admin User Details

  • Name (required)
  • Username (required)
  • Email address (required)
  • Password (required)
  • Confirm password (required)

Click Register and confirm subscription to complete registration.

Logging In

Enter your Username and Password on the login screen and click Log in.

Device Name

When you log in for the first time on a new device, the application asks you to name the device. Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "Race laptop" or "Finish computer") and click Save device name.

The device name identifies this computer in device lists — for example, on the Event Monitor Devices tab or in the Local Server connected devices list. You can change the name later in Settings.

Forgotten Password

Click Forgot password on the login screen. Enter your email address and click Send password reset link by email.

Important: The Navisport desktop application must be open when you click the reset link in the email. The link opens in the desktop application and initiates the password change there.

Changing Your Password

  1. Open the main menu (hamburger icon in the top bar)
  2. Click Change password
  3. Enter Old password
  4. Enter New password
  5. Enter Confirm new password
  6. Click Apply change

Password Requirements

  • At least 8 characters long
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character
