Entering the mode
Tap an event in the event list view and select Registrations. The page shows all participants grouped by class: name, club, chip number, and start time.
Search
Type in the search field at the top of the page. Search filters by name, club, chip number, and bib number. Multiple words narrow results (all terms must match).
Editing a registration
Tap a participant's row to open the edit form. Fields:
- Name (privacy toggle for public results)
- Club, nationality
- Chip number (comma-separated primary and secondary, rental chip toggle)
- Bib number, licence number
- Class, course, start time
- Email, phone number, birth year
- Payment details (state, price, reference)
- Additional information
Save changes — the update syncs to the cloud immediately.
Creating a new registration
Tap the + button (bottom-right corner). A blank form opens — fill in at least the name and save.
Deleting a registration
Open a registration, scroll down, and tap the red Delete button. A confirmation dialog appears. For multi-stage events, deleting removes the parent registration and all stage-specific entries.
Multi-stage events
The header shows the stage name with a switcher. In the edit form:
- Parent details (name, club, chip, bib number) — shared across all stages
- Per-stage sections — class, course, start time, status (Registered / Not competing), payment
Participants marked "Not competing" appear dimmed.
Relay events
The list shows teams as primary items with leg members listed below each team. In the edit form:
- Team details — name, club, bib number, class
- Leg members — name, chip, leg number. You can add new members with the + button or remove existing ones.
Using the reader
If a USB reader is connected, reading a chip opens the matching registration for editing. If no match is found, a new form opens with the chip number pre-filled. If you're already editing someone and a different chip is read, the view switches to the matching registration.
Tablet landscape mode
In landscape orientation, a split view: registrations list on the left, edit form on the right.
